Try before you buy

Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, and TapeSim is also free to download and use in viewer mode (chart, Level-2 book, time & sales, and DOM ladder). Between the two, you can evaluate the app fully — including sim trading throughout the trial — before any payment is taken.

Refunds

Because of the free trial, no charge is made until the trial ends. If TapeSim isn't for you, cancel anytime before the trial ends (from the link in your Polar receipt) and you won't be billed at all.

Once the trial ends and a payment is taken, we do not offer refunds, as you've had a full week of paid features for free to decide. Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the current paid period and are not billed again. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
