Try before you buy

TapeSim is free to download and use in viewer mode, so you can evaluate the app — chart, Level-2 book, time & sales, and DOM ladder — before purchasing a license to unlock sim trading.

Refunds

If TapeSim isn't working out, contact us within 3 days of your purchase at support@tapesim.app and we'll issue a refund for your most recent payment. Because payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through them.

Because you can download TapeSim and evaluate it fully in viewer mode before buying, we keep the paid window short. Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the current paid period and are not billed again. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
